For independent wedding and event venues
Couples and planners write to several venues at once, often after you've closed for the night. Past Closing replies to every web-form and email inquiry right away, with your packages, open dates and tour times, so the first answer they get is yours.
Click an inquiry to see how it was answered. Example venue and guests.
The problem
Most event inquiries arrive in the evening and on weekends, when your team is off. By Monday morning, the couple has already heard back from somewhere else.
Illustrative example. Names and times are made up.
How it works
No new software for your team to learn, and nobody logs into your email.
Your form already emails you each inquiry. Add our address as a second recipient. Remove it any time to switch everything off.
About 2 minutes
We set it up from your website: packages, starting prices, capacity, event types and tour hours.
Done by us
See how it answers a wedding, a corporate event and a private party, and correct anything before it goes live.
About 10 minutes
Day or night. You're copied on every reply, and when the guest writes back, it comes straight to you.
From day one
Features
It answers the questions every inquiry asks, then hands the conversation to your team.
Every new web-form or email inquiry gets a reply right away, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Send us your booked dates and it tells guests which dates are free. Without them, it never promises a date.
Shares your starting prices, capacity and event types, exactly as they appear on your site. Never a final quote.
Suggests two or three tour times from the hours you give us, so guests can say yes on the spot.
Every reply lands in your inbox too, and guest responses go straight to your team.
Every reply is signed as your venue's inquiry assistant. It never pretends to be a person on your team.
You stay in control
Before your first inquiry is answered, you see exactly how it will reply to the events you host, in your venue's voice.
The day-7 report
At the end of your free week you get a one-page report: how many inquiries came in, how many arrived after hours, how fast each was answered, and how many asked for a tour. Real numbers from your own venue, so the decision is easy either way.
Trust and privacy
You keep full control of your inbox, your guests and your data.
We only receive the copy of each inquiry your form already sends.
Remove our address from your form and it stops immediately.
Free-week inquiry data is deleted on day 7 unless you decide to continue.
It answers within the facts and tone you signed off on, nothing more.

FAQ
Yes. Every reply is signed as your venue's inquiry assistant. It handles the first answer quickly, and your team takes over the conversation from there.
No. You add one address as a second recipient on your inquiry form, so we receive the same copy you already get. We never log into your inbox or ask for a password.
It only uses the facts you approve: starting prices, capacity, event types, tour hours and booked dates. It never quotes a final price or confirms a booking, and you're copied on every reply.
Any form that can email a notification to more than one address, including Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and most website builders. If inquiries come straight to your inbox, a forwarding rule works too.
You get your report on day 7. If it booked tours and you want to keep it, we set up a monthly plan. If not, you remove our address from your form, we delete the week's inquiry data, and that's it.
It's used only to answer your venue's inquiries, never sold or shared, and free-week data is deleted on day 7 unless you continue.
Email us your venue's name. We'll reply with the one address to add and your sample replies to approve.
